We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the Gozynta family—Heather Johnson, our co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer! Heather’s journey is a true testament to dedication, resilience, and excellence, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Heather Johnson’s career has been nothing short of remarkable. Balancing the demands of single motherhood while working full-time and pursuing her MBA, Heather has always shown tenacity and drive. Her passion for driving organizational success and fostering a diverse and inclusive culture has been evident throughout her career.

As Gozynta’s COO, Heather has played a crucial role in our growth since our founding in 2018. Her leadership in building a successful marketing plan, knowledge base, and robust support and sales departments has been instrumental. Heather believes in the power of teamwork and has been pivotal in fostering gender and racial diversity within our team.

Beyond her work at Gozynta, Heather serves as Vice President of the National Society of IT Service Providers and has been recognized as one of CRN's Women of the Channel in both 2022 and 2024. Her commitment to community service and leadership extends to her previous role in organizing the President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge at the White House.
